Olive Vail Prime, 95, formerly of Park Avenue in New Cumberland died Saturday at Little Flower Manor in Wilkes-Barre.
Born 14 June 1913 in Jersey Shore she was a daughter of the late John and Amanda Boutain Vail.
Olive was a graduate of Jersey Shore High School and completed her nursing training on Long Island. Prior to marriage, she practiced nursing for a few years at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City.
Her husband, Joseph J. Prime and brothers, Harry, William, John and Fred Vail preceded her in death.
Surviving are her son: William J. and his wife Joan Boris Prime of Houston, Texas
granddaughter, Michelle and her husband William Fennie of Maryland
Funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday at 11:15 AM in the Chapel at Little Flower Manor, 200 South Meade Street, Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in Jersey Shore Cemetery, Jersey Shore.
