John James 'Jimmy' Womelsdorf

John James ‘Jimmy’ Womelsdorf, 82, a long-time resident of White Haven Center died Monday at Hazleton General Hospital.
Born 05 May 1927 in Wilkes-Barre he was a son of the late Harry William and Marie Marguerite Irwin Womelsdorf.
A brother, Harry and sister, Marie Colleen Shingle preceded him in death.
He will be greatly missed by his brother, William Womelsdorf of Arizona and many loving nieces and nephews and great-nieces and –nephews.
Funeral will be held Saturday at 09:00 AM from McLaughlin Family Funeral Service, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre with Funeral Mass at 09:30 AM in Church Of Saint Patrick. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township.
Friends may call Friday 6 to 8 PM
Memorial donations are preferred and may be made to The Arc of Luzerne County, 183 Market Street, Suite 102B, Kingston, PA 18704
