Eleanor Cunningham Boyle, 91, of Wilkes-Barre died Thursday.
Born March 22, 1922 in Wilkes-Barre she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Marie Connell Cunningham.
Eleanor was a 1940 graduate of James M. Coughlin High School.
Mrs. Boyle was a member of the Parish of Saint Nicholas.
Her husband of forty-three years, Dr. Raymond Boyle died October 17, 1993. A sister, Anna Mae Hurley and brothers, Bernard and Joseph Cunningham also preceded her in death.
She will be greatly missed by her son, Raymond and his wife Linda Boyle of Harvey's Lake; sisters, Claire Palsha of Wall, New Jersey and Margaret Bradshaw of Wilkes-Barre; nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Celebration of Eleanor’s Life will begin Monday at 9:30 AM at McLaughlin’s – The Family Funeral Service, 142 South Washington Street in Wilkes-Barre with Funeral Mass at 11 AM in the Church of Saint Nicholas. Interment will be in Saint Mary's Cemetery in Hanover Township.
